Eligibility Criteria for NPCIL Recruitment :

• Educational Qualification : 
• Nationality : Indian
• For Assistant : A Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Commerce or Arts with minimum 50% marks in aggregate with 40 words per minutes typing speed on PC and Should have passed a Certificate Course of duration of not less than 6 months on MS-Windows Operating System and Desktop application such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point), e-mail management and internet surfing.
• For Steno : A Bachelor’s Degree in any subject with not less than 50% marks in aggregate with A speed of 80 wpm in English Stenography and speed of 40 words per minutes in English Typing on PC.
• For Pharmacist : HSC (10+2) with 2 years Diploma in Pharmacy and 3 months Training in Pharmacy and Registration as a Pharmacist with Central or State Pharmacy Council.

Age Limit : As on 29.01.2016

• For Assistant & Steno : 18 to 28 years
• For Pharmacist : 18 to 25 years

Age Relaxation :

• For SC/ST category : 5 years
• For OBC (non creamy layer) Category : 3 years
